Today the 2026 class traveled to Camp Point to tour the Adams Electric Cooperative and hear from Bill and the team. They shared about longevity in a career, the importance of growing together as a team, how cooperatives work, and why they are so vital to the communities they serve.

The visit gave students an inside look at both the business model of a cooperative and the leadership principles that keep an organization strong over time.

Thank you to Bill and the Adams Electric Cooperative team for investing in the Class of 2026 and showing them what it takes to power a community for the long run.
