The class took on a Lego teamwork challenge today, working in small groups to rebuild a pattern. It didn’t take long to see that the biggest challenge any team, organization, or business will face is communication.

That challenge is especially true for this class, where nearly every school in Adams County is represented. Breaking down barriers, learning to communicate effectively, and accomplishing goals together are lessons that will carry them far beyond CEO.

And while the exercise was packed with lessons, it was also a reminder that it is good to have fun along the way. Taking time to recharge and refuel matters, and far too many forget that.
