21 Entrepreneurs. 80+ Employers. One Powerful Day. 🚀
Today our Class of 2027 headed to Marshall for the SMSU Career Fair!
This wasn’t about brochures. It was about getting in the room and doing the work:
🤝 firm handshakes
👀 eye contact
💬 real small talk with the best employers in our region
They asked the questions that matter:
→ What jobs are here?
→ What qualifications do you look for?
→ What makes a great candidate?
Watching them go from nervous to confident in one afternoon is what CEO is all about.
Thank you to SMSU and the 80+ regional employers who invested in our next generation. You didn’t just talk about careers — you showed them what’s possible right here in SW MN.
They came home with contacts, insight, and confidence.
