We are so fortunate to have Rachel not only as a guest speaker, but as one of our West Central MN CEO Board Members who continues to invest in our students and program.

Rachel walked our CEO students through her journey from her first jobs to building her own creative agency, and the lessons that stuck with her along the way:

Be resourceful
Don't settle for "fine"
Even if you don't like the task/job, there is something to learn
Compete with yourself, not your coworkers
Hard work will always show itself over time
Generosity always comes back around
