Last week, CEO had the privilege of touring Prairie Farms Dairy and learning from their incredible leadership team — and wow, did we walk away inspired.

Prairie Farms isn’t just a dairy producer…

👉 It’s a farmer-owned cooperative. The only “buy-in”? The milk their member farms produce.
👉 47 plants, operations in 22 states, and 100+ distribution centers
👉 No product is wasted — unused product heads to cheese plants for repurposing
👉 Award-winning quality, including 15 first-place products at the World Dairy Expo
👉 Their transportation fleet ranks in the Top 100 in the nation
👉 Their HQ is in Edwardsville because the majority of their farm families are right here in our region
