Today, Edwardsville CEO joined forces with our friends at the Riverbend CEO Program for a powerful joint visit to the Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery — one of the region’s largest and most advanced industrial operations.

Students were welcomed by Ryan Frank (Tanks Project Manager & Mechanical Engineer) and Managing Director (Jeff Leininger), who offered valuable insight into both the science behind refinery operations and the leadership principles that drive their success.

Ryan led both classes on a guided bus tour through the 2,700-acre refinery, including a stop at the on-site training facility with more team members (Advisors, Field L& D; Ashley Hayes, Shawn Kirsch and Lori Huggins) — giving students a behind-the-scenes look at how innovation, safety, and teamwork come together every day.
