Today, our Jackson CEO students had the special opportunity to visit Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church (Carbondale, IL) — where our very own facilitator, Christopher E. Swims, proudly serves as Pastor.
It was inspiring to learn more about Pastor Swims’ journey and discover how leading a church shares so many similarities with leading in business — from managing finances and leading teams to making a meaningful impact in the community.
Whether in the sanctuary or out serving our city, Pastor Swims reminded us that leadership is about vision, stewardship, and heart.
From the sanctuary to the community, Hopewell is making a difference — and Jackson CEO is right there learning to do the same!
