🛑Stop selling features. Start selling solutions.

Brandon Bullard came into class today giving helpful insights on making an effective sale. He talked about knowing your audience is the single most important aspect of sales. Also, giving us advice on how to achieve the ultimate goal of solving pain points or problems for the customer.

🔄Three Parts to an Effective Sale:
1. Asking: Dig deep to find out exactly what the customer is looking to solve
2. Listening: Truly hear their needs
3. Adapting: Figure out how to solve their problem while finding potential risks.

Key Mindsets:
Price and costs are two completely different things.
Trust is the most important aspect of building a client relationship.
Repeat business is the absolute best thing you can achieve in business.

Build trust, focus on the solution, and the rest will follow. 📈
