When applications open, you’ll get a text with a direct link. Our blind review hides names and personal details, so selection is based on your potential and interest. The application is a simple 6-step process.

Submit Before The Application Window Closes
Late submissions won’t be considered. Submit a 150-word personal narrative on why you want to be a part of CEO, complete a character survey, provide the required character references (set by your program), and obtain parent/guardian approval.

Kamryn Hunsaker

I am Kamryn Hunsaker, a Junior at Vienna High School with a curiosity for entrepreneurship, inspired by the small businesses around Vienna. I am involved in the Beta club, 4H, Drama Club, girls Soccer program, tabletop club, art club, and of course, Johnson County CEO. I am currently taking three collage level classes at VHS. My strengths are empathy, motivation, determination, working with purpose, and courage. In CEO, My attention lies in affective communication, professionalism, and creativity in business. I attain to achieve the confidence to speak out and have others hear thoughts and ideas. I challenge my fellow students by thinking creatively, or, outside-the-box. Motivated by originality, I plan to express myself through the things I create and people I hope to inspire.
Callie Johnson

Hi! My name is Callie Johnson, and I am a homeschooled senior through Abeka Christian Academy who is passionate about people, creativity, and leadership. I’m a Blue personality, so I’m especially passionate about people and helping others. I enjoy being involved in theater, working at Holy Grounds, and taking college classes while in high school. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of communication, teamwork, responsibility, and stepping outside of my comfort zone. I am excited to be part of the CEO Program because I want to grow as a leader, learn more about the business world, and gain more knowledge about how to run my own business, RaeMarie Macrame. I am a social and hardworking person who loves meeting new people and learning new things. I look forward to the opportunities and relationships I will gain through this program!
Kassidy Baker

I am Kassidy Baker, a junior at Vienna High School, as well as an active member in my school and community. I am a part of Johnson County CEO, basketball cheer, competitive cheer, track and field, and beta club. My color personality is orange, which reflects my energetic, outgoing, and people-oriented personality. I am currently in all dual-credit classes because I am committed to challenging myself academically and preparing for my future. I joined the CEO program because I want to gain real-world experience, learn more about business, and develop skills that I can carry with me throughout my career. Once I am out of high school, I want to attend law school to become a corporate lawyer, and eventually own my own law firm someday. I believe the CEO is helping me take the first steps toward that goal by teaching me more about leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, and what it takes to build something of my own.

I’m Mercy Womack, a junior at Vienna High School with a strong interest in entrepreneurship and learning how to build something of my own. With the support of my family and friends, I’m motivated to work hard, try new things, and continue growing. I’m involved in cheer, volleyball, Student Council, Beta Club, Pep club, and Johnson County CEO. I’m also taking college classes through Shawnee Community College. In this entrepreneurship class, I hope to learn more about what makes a business successful, including marketing, leadership, and communication, while working with my classmates and learning from their ideas and opinions. My goal is to use these experiences to help me become a successful entrepreneur and eventually build something I can be proud of.

Hello, my name is Cadence Hennesy. I’m a senior at Vienna High School. My Favorite activities are reading, making art, and advocating for the environment. I participate in Beta Club, Speech, 4H, and I plan to join the garden club this year. I’ve also completed macroeconomics and business computer systems. My top skills and strengths include being punctual, as time is crucial; I’m a creative problem solver, and I'm very determined. My short-term goals are to become more open to conversation and overall be less shy to ask questions. Long term, after high school, I want to continue my studies at a university to graduate with a bachelor's in business administration and management, and to later own a successful business. My interest in business is environmentally derived, as I am a vegetarian and I believe in leaving the planet a better place for generations to come. I want to make people more aware of the importance of their actions and the impact they have. My dream is to make a change in the world for the better, even if it’s just one person. There's a quote by Gemma Troy that I live by, “Remember your words can plant gardens or burn the whole forest down”. I believe that one human can make a vital difference in the world. I have little experience with business as I’ve only job-shadowed a screen printing company. I would like to learn to communicate better, learn how businesses are started, and how to figure out the cost of starting my own. I encourage you all to go out with a goal in mind and fix that problem throughout your community.
