You spend your whole life looking through windows before this job, then you spend your life looking AT windows and analyzing how they're made.
Pella Macomb is on track to make 539,000 vinyl window units this year. Our local production facility manufactures all kinds of windows that get shipped across the country. We had the opportunity to hear some details about what they create in this facility from plant manager Josh Alden, before being led on a tour by Onie Rogers. Seeing all the different window lines in person was certainly impressive!
After the tour, we were joined by members of the management team, Madison Benson, Jim Richardson & Wes Seward, along with Josh Alden, for more discussion and Q & A. We've heard about the efforts to bring Pella to Macomb twenty years ago - and now we can appreciate seeing first-hand the value to our community.
Thanks to Pella Macomb for showing us your operations, and for your continued investment in the CEO Program!
