Tiffany and Wendy of the Decatur Athletic Club gave us a very memorable visit today! They showed us around the amazing facility but also put us through some team building exercises, a push up contest (won by Joey Jordan), and sled pushing contest (won by Tristan Wirey)!
It was very fun and beneficial for our group to hear some of the trends in the fitness industry and some of the exciting plans the DAC has coming up! Thank you Wendy and Heidi!!!
