This is Richland County CEO Member Summer Downen, with my private tour recap. Today, I had the pleasure of touring the WSEI Radio Station and talked to Hunter Amaro, Dylan Reed (CEO Alumni), Jeremy Henson, Mark Weiler, and Nick Dobbs. I learned about some of the background history of the station dating back to the mid 90’s and had the privilege of learning about the behind the scenes operations of what we hear on the radio. This business was very interesting to learn about and more complex than I originally thought it was. Overall, it was a very engaging business tour. I also want to give Mark Weiler a big shout out for his services at the station as he is getting ready to retire in June!
