Reflection is where growth happens.
Today the class conducted an after action report on their Name Badge Business, looking closely at what worked, what didn’t, and what could be improved. They surfaced lessons on execution, communication, teamwork, and the importance of listening and role clarity. The conversation was, at times, incredibly challenging.
The class also faced several “no’s” while making sales pitches. Instead of being discouraged, the class recognized those moments as valuable feedback and an opportunity to sharpen their approach. Every no is a step closer to the next yes.
Everything they are learning on this initial business venture will pay off in a big way as they begin work on their official class business in the weeks ahead.
